United Public Dispatch welcomes carefully scoped pitches that help readers understand a public-facing document, its language or its structure. Send proposals through the Contact page rather than submitting a full article without agreement.
What we want to read
Pitch an evergreen explanation of a document type, a close reading of a confusing phrase, a comparison of formats or a practical way to find the main parts of a text. Strong proposals give readers a clear task, use examples that can be discussed responsibly and explain what the piece will not claim.
Make the pitch useful
Include a working title, the central question, the intended reader and a short outline of the points you would cover. Note the documents or public examples you would use and how you would verify the wording. Avoid pitches that depend on private records, unsupported allegations or advice about a specific legal or administrative outcome.
How to send it
Use the Contact page and choose the editorial option. Keep the proposal concise and include any relevant links or source details in the message itself. A pitch is a proposal, not a promise of publication; we will consider it for fit, clarity and the evidence it can support.
A document is a tool, not the whole story
We read public-facing paperwork closely: what it asks, what it leaves unclear and what a reader can do next. A document can explain a process without settling every question.
